TRAVEL CONDITIONS

To participate in a tour, it is necessary to purchase a ticket via the link provided on our website. It is also possible to reserve a place in advance, and tickets may be purchased directly from the tour guide on the day of the tour.

The tour price includes entrance fees to the visited sites and other expenses necessary for the tour, unless otherwise stated in the tour description.

Please note: The final route/tour may differ slightly from the description due to circumstances beyond the organizer’s control, such as weather conditions, changes in the country’s situation, unexpected closures of attractions, guide illness, or other unforeseen factors.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Please inform us in writing of any cancellation at least 5 working days before the tour date by emailing info@timelesstravels.eu.
In this case, we will refund any participation fee already paid, or cancel any invoice not yet settled.

If cancellation is made later than this or not communicated at all, the participation fee will not be refunded, and 100% of the invoice amount will remain payable.

For any tours cancelled by the organizer, the full tour fee (100%) will be refunded within 7 days of the cancellation notice being issued.
